- Sergey Velichko
Managing Partner -
Mr. Velichko is responsible for project management and transaction structuring. In 2000-2005, he worked as Vice President and Director at Alfa-Bank Corporate Finance. Mr. Velichko has completed a big number of deals in various industries, including, inter alia, the TNK-BP alliance, private placement of 7.7% stake of TH Perekrestok, acquisition of Katav-Ivanovsky Cement Plant, acquisition of 26% stake in Varyeganneftegaz, private placement of Wimm-Bill-Dann, acquisition of Sidanko, acquisition of Balcem. Prior to joining Alfa-Bank, he worked for four years at KPMG’s Corporate Finance in Moscow.
Mr. Velichko graduated from the Moscow State University.

- Vadim Egiazarov

Mr. Egiazarov is responsible for business development. Prior to joining ACG, he was a counsel to General Director of KamAZ and participated in the establishment of numerous Russian industrial and financial companies and served as a member of the board of directors of many of them. He has successfully completed many transactions, including, inter alia, the sale of a large stake of Lenenergo to Å.On. Mr. Egiazarov is a member of the Board of Directors of Baltinvestbank.
Mr. Egiazarov graduated from the University of Economics and Finance (St. Petersburg).

- Maxim Kravchenko
Managing Partner -
Mr. Kravchenko is responsible for project management and transaction structuring. In 1998 to 2005, he worked as Vice President and Director at Alfa-Bank Corporate Finance. Mr. Kravchenko has completed a big number of deals, including, inter alia, the sale of Kazakh mobile operator KaR-Tel, sale of 100% stake in Tomsk Cellular Company, merger of VympelCom and Vympelcom-Regions, acquisition of 43.5% stake in Ukrainian mobile operator KyivStar, merger of fixed-line operators in Siberia and the Far East. Prior to Alfa-Bank, he worked for four years at KPMG (Moscow) and Atria Advisors.
Mr. Kravchenko graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute.
