Associates
The associate position requires that the employee be able to provide for proper execution of each project and implementation of such important elements as the preparation of presentations and investment memorandums and the formulation of assumptions for the development of various industries which implicates appropriate qualification and high level of analytical skills.
We believe that 2-3 years in the associate position is sufficient for an employee to fully demonstrate and prove his or her capability of project and team management. In such case, the employee is promoted to the Vice President position.
The human resources policy adopted by Aquila Capital Group gives priority to the scenario of organic professional growth from junior positions to the management position of Vice President, rather than the scenario of solicitation of more experienced employees working with other companies.
